Itinerarium Rosaliae

Bisacquino, whose origin dates back to the Arab farmhouse "Busequin" (father of the knife),
still retains the urban aspect of its historic center, divided into courtyards, alleys and stone houses with small votive shrines in clay, arches and drinkers, Islamic characteristics. Surrounded by woods, it rises on the slopes of Mount Triona, where according to an ancient legend stood the homonymous city built by the Trojans around 1000 BC.
It is the birthplace of the famous Sicilian-American director Frank Capra.
