Chiusa Sclafani is a splendid medieval town famous for its cherries: the production of cap cherries has very ancient origins and the festival is the third oldest in Sicily. Chiusa also boasts an important musical tradition of organ builders, the artisans specialized in the production and maintenance of complete organs.
