Small town in the Agrigento hinterland between the valleys of the Terre Sicane, located on the slope of a hill overlooking the Sosio Valley. Burgio is an ancient village rich in art, history and culture, with a strong tradition linked to the production of artistic ceramics, and to craft activities in general: among its Arab and medieval alleys it is possible to meet spectacular examples of iron processing, stone and glass.
